In a medium bowl, beat eggs until foamy. Add in ¼ cup sugar, 1½ cups dark corn syrup, ¼ cup melted butter, ¼ teaspoon salt, and ½ teaspoon vanilla. Continue to beat until thoroughly blended.
Stir in peanuts and pour mixture into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 375℉ degrees for 45 minutes.
Can be served warm or cold with whipped cream or ice cream.
