1can red kidney or black beans,drained and rinsed
1can large black olives,drained and halved
1teaspoongarlic powder
1teaspoononion powder
2½cupslow-fat shredded cheese,of choice
¼teaspooncrushed red pepper flakes, optional
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350℉.
Grease 8 x 10 baking dish. Line bottom of dish with bell pepper wedges.
Top the wedges with 1 can beans and 1 can black olives. Sprinkle with 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 2½ cups cheese and optional crushed red pepper flakes.
Bake 12 to 15 minutes until cheese melts and peppers are still firm.
