Preheat oven to 325℉.
Cover the bottom of a baking pan with foil and spray with nonstick cooking spray.
Remove rolls from package in one piece, cut entire slab in half lengthwise to create half tops and half bottoms.
Place bottom half of rolls in foil-covered pan and layer with 2 cups diced turkey, 1 cup cranberry sauce, and 6 slices Swiss cheese. Add the top half of the rolls.
Melt 6 tablespoons butter in microwave. Whisk in 1 tablespoon yellow mustard, 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce, ½ tablespoon dried minced onion and salt & pepper to taste.
Pour evenly over rolls and cover with foil. Let sit 5 to 10 minutes.
Bake covered for 20 minutes. Uncover and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon parsley and 1 cup Parmesan cheese. Slice into individual rolls.
