Preheat oven to 325℉.
Pull the neck and giblets out of the cavity (save for gravy).
Dry the turkey with paper towels. Season inside and out with salt and pepper. Note: Do not wash turkey.
Fill the turkey cavity with 1 chopped onion, 1 chopped carrot, 1 cut apple, and halved lemon.
Place the turkey breast side up in a roasting pan and tress with the Turbo Trusser. Brush with melted butter.
Tent with foil and roast for 2 hours Note: For a larger turkey add an extra 15 minutes per pound.
Remove the foil from the turkey and baste with more melted butter. Increase oven temperature to 425℉.
Roast for another hour or until the meat at the thigh registers 165℉.
