Chocolate Pumpkin Coffee Martini

Welcome fall and everything pumpkin. For the chocolate lover in you, try this pumpkin martini with a twist.
Creator's Note: While cold brew coffees can work and may seem easier since already chilled, fresh brewed coffee that has only slightly cooled will bring the best frothy topped finish and flavors to the drink when mixing all ingredients.

  • bar shaker
  • martini glasses

Ingredients
  

  • 4 ounces coffee, Note: Avoid sleepless nights by using decaf coffee for an evening cocktail or boost into high gear using Espresso.
  • 2 ounces pumpkin spice vodka
  • 1 ounce chocolate liqueur
  • ½ ounce favorite creamer or half-n-half, Note: Add ½ ounce Irish Crème for an added kick.
  • coca beans or chocolate syrup, optional for garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a bar shaker filled with ice, add 4 ounces coffee, 2 ounces pumpkin spice vodka, 1 ounce chocolate Liqueur, and ½ ounce half-n-half or creamer. Shake vigorously until well blended, then strain to remove ice while pouring into a martini glass. Note: For added flare, float a few cocoa beans or drizzle chocolate syrup on top!
