Wisconsin residents dominate the list when it comes to excessive drinking, with over a quarter of all Wisconsin adults (25.29%) regularly drinking too much, according to the latest data from the CDC’s Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance System and the County Health Rankings & Roadmaps (CHR&R) program.
