In this year’s epic burger battle three brands have proven they have the right stuff to delight their customers and keep them hungry for more!
This year, in a photo-finish, In-N-Out nudged out Five Guys for top spot on the customer loyalty index, with Culver’s nipping at their heels to land in third place. All three brands are known for fresh product, and a focus on quality, which certainly resonates with consumers.
In-N-Out Burger continues to dominate the burger sector, with standout performance winning in both overall food quality and beverage quality.
Five Guys Burgers and Fries continued its longstanding trend of appearances at the top of the rankings with high scores in food quality, staff friendliness, and a first-place finish in the Speed of Service category. Considering the burger customizations possible at Five Guys, it’s impressive to see them execute both high quality and speed.
As in previous studies, Culver’s continued to impress customers. Culver’s was voted the friendliest brand inside the QSR sector across all cuisine types, a nice feather in their cap considering the challenging labor market.
Congratulations to each of the brands above!
The Market Force QSR Study is based on a survey of nearly 4,000 consumers providing valuable insights for both established and emerging players in the burger category.
