Flower Guerrero Named Marketing Director for Cano Family-Owned Companies / Grande Produce

The Cano Family announced the appointment of Flower Guerrero as Marketing Director, where she will oversee marketing strategy, corporate communications, branding and public relations for the company’s portfolio of businesses, including Grande Produce, Cano & Sons Trucking, Cano Trucking Repair, Cano Logistics, and J&S Construction Management.

Guerrero joins the Cano family owned businesses bringing more than 25 years of experience in marketing, brand strategy, communications and business development. Throughout her career, she has led award-winning creative campaigns, developed integrated marketing strategies and built brands recognized for innovation and community engagement.

In her new role, Guerrero will lead the organization’s marketing initiatives across multiple industries, including fresh produce, transportation, logistics, fleet maintenance and construction. Her responsibilities include brand management, digital marketing, media relations, internal communications, recruitment marketing, community engagement and strategic communications designed to support the continued growth of each company.

Among the Cano family-owned companies is Cano & Sons Trucking, founded in 1999 by Juan and Sara Cano. What began as a single-truck operation has grown into a regional transportation and logistics company serving customers throughout North America. Today, the company operates a fleet of more than 190 trucks and more than 700 trailers while providing transportation, warehousing and cross-border logistics solutions.

The organization’s portfolio also includes Grande Produce, which continues the Cano family’s longstanding involvement in the produce industry; Cano Trucking Repair, which provides commercial fleet maintenance and repair services; Cano Logistics, a brokerage company; and J&S Construction Management, which supports commercial and industrial construction projects.
