What: Chief Aubrey Bettencourt of the USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) will join Farm Journal Foundation for a National Ag Day celebration and give remarks.
The organization will break ground on its Voice of the Farmer Garden, outside the USDA headquarters on the National Mall, with a spring planting ceremony, garden tours, and showcase.
When:Tuesday, March 24 – Spring planting ceremony with remarks from 12-1 p.m. – Garden tours and partner showcase until 2:30 p.m.
Where: The Voice of the Farmer Garden – Located outside the USDA Headquarters at Jefferson Drive and 12th Street, SW in Washington, D.C.
