Microwave Egg & Veggie Breakfast Bowl
This 5-ingredient recipe only takes 5 minutes! You can’t beat it for a heart-healthy egg dish with the garden-fresh taste of spinach, tomatoes and mushrooms.

Ingredients
- 1 Large Egg
- 1 Tbsp Water
- 2 Tbsp Baby Spinach, Thinly Sliced
- 2 Tbsp Mushrooms, Chopped
- 2 Tbsp Fat-Free Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded
- 2 Grape or Cherry Tomatoes, Sliced
Instructions
- COAT 8-oz. ramekin or custard cup with cooking spray. ADD egg, water, spinach and mushrooms; BEAT with fork until blended.
- MICROWAVE on HIGH 30 seconds; stir. MICROWAVE until egg is almost set, 30 to 45 seconds longer.
- TOP with cheese and tomatoes. Serve immediately.

Frosted Mini Wheats Chocolate Strawberry Yogurt Parfait

Ingredients
- ¾ cup plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey
- ¾ cup Kellogg’s Frosted Mini-Wheats Little Bites® Chocolate cereal, lightly crushed
- ½ cup sliced fresh or frozen strawberries
Instructions
- In small bowl mix yogurt and honey.
- In large glass layer ¼ cup crushed KELLOGG’S® FROSTED MINI-WHEATS LITTLE BITES® CHOCOLATE cereal, ⅓ of the strawberries and ¼ cup of the yogurt mixture.
- Repeat layers once.
- Garnish with remaining KELLOGG’S® FROSTED MINI-WHEATS LITTLE BITES® CHOCOLATE cereal and strawberries.
Strawberry Walnut Date Smoothie
This tasty smoothie is an easy recipe for a breakfast – or snack – on the go. You’ll love the nutty flavor naturally sweetened by fresh strawberries and dates.

Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups hulled, quartered strawberries
- ½ cup California walnuts
- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt (or 1 5.3-oz. cup)
- ½ cup walnut milk (may substitute dairy milk)
- 3 pitted dates, coarsely chopped
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a small blender or food processor and process until smooth.
- Garnish with additional walnuts, if desired.
