5-Ingredient Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 cup natural peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 5 tablespoons Splenda® Stevia Sweetener Jar
- ¼ cup stevia-sweetened chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350℉.
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir until everything is mixed together well.
- Scoop into tablespoon-sized cookie dough balls, and press down slightly to form a cookie shape. Note: Cookies will not rise, and only spread slightly.
- Bake for about 10 to 12 minutes. Let cool completely.
