Scalloped Mushrooms are a modern twist on an old classic using Highline White Flat Mushrooms. This must-try dish combines comfort and flavor in every bite.

Ingredients
  

  • 16 ounces Highline® White Flat Mushrooms, washed and thinly sliced
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • fresh parsley, for garnish
  • salt & pepper, to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • In a medium bowl, add 1 cup shredded mozzarella, ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese, 2 tablespoons Italian seasoning, ½ teaspoon onion powder, ½ teaspoon garlic powder, ½ cup cream, and 2 minced garlic cloves. Mix well.
  • Place mushrooms in a casserole dish and pour cheese mixture over top of mushrooms.
  • Bake for 30 minutes until mushrooms are tender. Garnish with fresh parsley, season with salt and pepper to serve!
