Stuff ’em. Most of the fiery heat from jalapeños is dissipated when cooked and they develop a mellow, acidic spiciness, which is a perfect partner to cream cheese. Stuff with fat-free cream cheese, chives, and low-fat cheese, then heat on the grill or in the oven and enjoy!

Top Your Seafood. Heat sliced jalapeños, bell peppers, chives, chili pepper, cilantro, and a pinch of salt until peppers are soft. Top over scallops, fish, or lobster.

Pepper Jelly. Use no-sugar-added jelly, vinegar, green onions, and chopped jalapenos to make a spunky homemade jelly. Spread with low-fat cream cheese on crackers and top with jelly for a fun party appetizer.

Hot Sushi. Try making your own sushi with seaweed rolls, cooked brown rice, sushi-grade seafood, vegetables, wasabi, and jalapeños. This is a great activity to do with your family!

Taco Night. Jalapeños and tacos go hand-in-hand. Add jalapeños to any favorite taco combo to enhance the flavor.

Bite. Enjoy jalapeños as is … if your mouth can stand the heat, that is!

Pickled Jalapeños. Lots of vegetables taste great pickled, even jalapeños! They make great appetizers and side dishes.

Heat Things Up a Little! Jalapeños are great in all of your favorite dishes, especially if you like a little heat to your food. They’re great in casseroles, on tacos, in omelets, and so many more dishes.

Grilled. Fire up the grill and place halved jalapeños coated in olive oil and minced garlic over hot coals. Heat until jalapeños are crisp and warmed.

Sweet … But Spicy Salsa. Combine chunks of pineapples, onions, lemon juice, cilantro, and thinly sliced jalapeño peppers for a spicy kick to a mild salsa.
