Coca-Cola Cake

Coca-Cola Cake

Anonymous
Coca-Cola cake made it's depute during the 1950's. A southern classic, this wonderfully rich fudgy cake is great for family reunions. Don't expect the icing to be fluffy. The icing turns into a thin layer of fudge that helps keep it fresh and moist for days.
[Editor's note: This recipe was given to me at my mother-in-laws family reunion.]
