Green Onion Dip

Ingredients
- 6 Green Onions, coarsely chopped, plus additional for garnish
- 2 clove(s) garlic
- 1 cup(s) Weis By Nature Baby Spinach Leaves
- ½ cup(s) Weis Quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp. Dried Tarragon
- 1 cup(s) Weis Quality Light Mayonnaise
- 2 tsp. Weis Quality Dijon Mustard
- 1 ½ tsp. Fresh Lemon Juice
- ½ tsp. Weis Quality Kosher Salt
- 1 pinch Ground White Pepper
Instructions
- In food processor, purée, onions, garlic, spinach, oil and tarragon 1 minute or until smooth, scraping bowl occasionally with rubber spatula. Add mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, salt and pepper; purée 30 seconds or until well combined. Makes about 2 ½ cups.
- Serve dip garnished with onions, if desired.
