Green Onion Dip

Ingredients

  • Green Onions, coarsely chopped, plus additional for garnish
  • 2 clove(s) garlic
  • 1 cup(s) Weis By Nature Baby Spinach Leaves
  • ½ cup(s) Weis Quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp. Dried Tarragon
  • 1 cup(s) Weis Quality Light Mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp. Weis Quality Dijon Mustard
  • 1 ½ tsp. Fresh Lemon Juice
  • ½ tsp. Weis Quality Kosher Salt
  • 1 pinch Ground White Pepper

Instructions

  1. In food processor, purée, onions, garlic, spinach, oil and tarragon 1 minute or until smooth, scraping bowl occasionally with rubber spatula. Add mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, salt and pepper; purée 30 seconds or until well combined. Makes about 2 ½ cups.
  2. Serve dip garnished with onions, if desired.
