Turkey Cranberry Dinner Rolls

Equipment
- 9 x 13 baking pan
- nonstick cooking spray
Ingredients
- 1 package of dinner rolls
- 2 cups diced cooked turkey
- 1 cup cranberry sauce or relish
- 6 slices swiss cheese
- 6 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- ½ tablespoon dried minced onion
- 1 tablespoon parsley
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese
- salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325℉.
- Cover the bottom of a baking pan with foil and spray with nonstick cooking spray.
- Remove rolls from package in one piece, cut entire slab in half lengthwise to create half tops and half bottoms.
- Place bottom half of rolls in foil-covered pan and layer with 2 cups diced turkey, 1 cup cranberry sauce, and 6 slices Swiss cheese. Add the top half of the rolls.
- Melt 6 tablespoons butter in microwave. Whisk in 1 tablespoon yellow mustard, 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce, ½ tablespoon dried minced onion and salt & pepper to taste.
- Pour evenly over rolls and cover with foil. Let sit 5 to 10 minutes.
- Bake covered for 20 minutes. Uncover and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon parsley and 1 cup Parmesan cheese. Slice into individual rolls.
