TAMPA, FL, Sept. 21, 2026 — Where The Food Comes From is making the leap into major network syndication. Following five successful seasons on the RFD-TV Network, the hit food and farming series will jump to ABC, CBS, NBC and FOX affiliates across the U.S. in January. The massive footprint expansion is driven by a new distribution agreement with Kazmar Ely Group and the Television Syndication Company (TVS).

The move takes the show’s farm-to-fork message far beyond its traditional cable territory, bringing vital agricultural stories directly into millions of mainstream American homes and classrooms.

“It’s an extraordinary opportunity, but one I always believed possible,” said host, creator, and Executive Producer Chip Carter. “I knew if we did our job, the folks at home couldn’t help but see the appeal in the amazing stories we tell. Everybody now is just looking for one true thing — this is it. The people who feed us go about their lives quietly and diligently, but we’re here to shout out their stories.”

The syndication deal builds on an explosive period of growth for the franchise. This school year, Where The Food Comes From officially became a cornerstone of the USDA’s National Ag in the Classroom program, reaching 6 million students and 150,000 teachers annually. Ag In The Classroom Canada will follow shortly. The show has also found international success, breaking out in New Zealand, Australia, the UAE, and Ukraine, and as part of in-flight entertainment on all Turkish Airlines flights.

New partnerships promise to lead to more markets. WTFCF is working with NASA (photo above) to make an exclusive series of shows about how we’ll farm the moon and beyond. And a new partnership with Farm Journal Foundation (photo below) will lead to a nationwide school event and new episode reveal later this fall.

President of TVS Cassie Yde said, “We have proudly represented Where The Food Comes From and are excited about the tremendous potential this new expansion into broadcast television presents for the series.” Yde will next take the show to MIPCOM-Cannes in France, home of the largest television marketing event in the world.

The fast-tracked growth comes just four years after Where The Food Comes From first premiered in 2022.

“I don’t think we’re done yet,” Carter added. “It’s sometimes hard to believe we’ve come this far this fast. Independent media production in this era brings massive growing pains, but the mainstream media is paying attention now and the model is working beautifully. Given the subject matter, it couldn’t help but.”
