Jason Brown was a reluctant NFL star. Despite his natural gifts — including his massive size — he never cared much for the game. But he made the most of it, earning a college scholarship and joining the NFL with the Baltimore Ravens. Over the next few years he made a name for himself, but he still wasn’t happy. Despite the fact that he’d never farmed before, he made the decision to move home to North Carolina and grow sweetpotatoes and cucumbers. He learned by watching YouTube videos — and now gives all he grows to charity.
